UAE Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development Noura Al-Kaabi affirmed that the selection of United Arab Emirates as guest of honor of this exhibition reflects the deep-rooted and long-standing ties between the two countries in various fields, especially cultural, intellectual and literary fields. She pointed out that this step will enhance the exerted efforts in promoting the cultural and literary action between the two brotherly countries by presenting various artistic and literary works in one of the most important book fairs in the region. It deserves mentioning that the Riyadh International Book Fair is one of the largest cultural events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and best-selling among Arab exhibitions.
