Riyadh, Jumada I 07, 1439, January 24, 2018, SPA -- Yemeni Minister of Public Works Dr. Moeen Abdulmalik and Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber co-signed here today, a humanitarian grant agreement within the executive program for the comprehensive humanitarian operations plan, in Yemen.
