Riyadh, Rabi'I 6, 1439, Nov 24, 2017, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars strongly condemned the terrorist attack on a mosque in the city of El-Arish in northern Sinai, Egypt, resulted in the death and wounding of scores of innocents. It stressed in a statement that this terrorist act, which is a criminal offense by Muslim consensus, includes the types of taboos that are known in Islam such as killing, betrayal, treachery, aggression, intimidation to the believers and attacks on the worshipers, all of which are obnoxious.
