Moscow, Safar 21, 1439, Nov 10, 2017, SPA -- Russian President Vladimir Putin met today with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of APEC Vietnam 2017. The meeting addressed bilateral relations and means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in political and economic fields. Russian President Vladimir Putin also met today with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.
