United Nations, Dhu-AlHijjah 13, 1438, Sep 4, 2017, SPA -- The United Nations kicked off an emergency meeting to discuss North Korea's most recent nuclear test as South Korea warned its northern neighbour may be preparing another missile test. North Korea may test-fire an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), a South Korean lawmaker said on Monday, a day after Pyongyang claimed it successfully tested a hydrogen bomb. Pyongyang said on Sunday it had tested a hydrogen bomb that can be loaded onto an intercontinental ballistic missile. The country's sixth nuclear test since 2006 was its most powerful to date, estimated approximately eight times more powerful than the nuclear bomb used over the Japanese city of Hiroshima in August 1945.
