Shabam, Yemen, Shawwal 23, 1438, July 17, 2017, SPA -- Riyadh-based King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid has begun in Hadramout Governorate, Yemen, dengue fever training courses for health workers, which will take place in six directorates: Sayoun, Tarim, Shabam, Horeh, Wadi Al Ain, and Sah, it was reported today. The program began its first session in the province of Shaban yesterday, where 30 Yemeni health workers received rapid response training courses on cases of identification and management of dengue fever and anti-virus techniques. During the opening ceremony, Director of the Department of Public Health and Population Dr. Saleh Yazeed bin Talib stressed the importance of raising awareness and informing health workers on how to protect affected communities against dengue fever.
