Berlin, Rabi'I 18, 1438, Dec 17, 2016, SPA -- A man wanted for a brutal attack on a woman in a Berlin underground station that caused an outcry was arrested by German police on Saturday afternoon, authorities said, dpa reported. German media had on Friday identified the man as a 27-year-old Bulgarian. A video of the assault, which showed a man clutching a bottle kicking a 26-year-old woman down the stairs at the inner city underground station, went viral on the internet. The victim fractured her arm in the fall. Quoting the Bulgarian newspaper Nova, German daily Bild said the man had lived with his wife and three children near the Bulgarian resort town of Varna. However, Bild said that he had for the last few months worked on a Berlin building site. -- SPA 21:30 LOCAL TIME 18:30 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w292553
