BERLIN, Safar 28, 1438, November 28, 2016, SPA -- Germany has only modest expectations for a meeting of foreign ministers in Minsk on Tuesday to discuss plans for implementing a ceasefire agreement for eastern Ukraine, a foreign ministry spokesman said on Monday, according to Reuters. "All things considered, it will be a trip that will involve a lot of effort and certainly a lot of points of conflict for the German foreign minister," spokesman Martin Schaefer told a regular government news conference in Berlin. "We will never give up the hope that the conflict parties, however, are willing to really devote themselves to implementing the Minsk (agreement)," he added. --SPA 14:45 LOCAL TIME 11:45 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w278436
