Riyadh, Safar 08, 1438, November 08, 2016, SPA -- A delegation of Shura Council headed by Council member Dr Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti met yesterday with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of German Federal parliament Dr. Norbert Roettgen, at the headquarters of German parliament in Berlin at outset of an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, in the presence of Saudi ambassador to Germany Dr. Awad Al- Awad and other officials. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of common interests and ways of enhancing bilateral relations between the two sides. On the other hand, Deputy chairman of Defense Committee of the German Parliament, Dr. Karl Lamers, has praised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 and its ambitious goals, expressing his thanks to the Kingdom for its exerted efforts to achieve peace in the region.
