Riyadh, Dhu-AlHijjah 19, 1437, Sep 21, 2016, SPA -- The Gulf Cooperation Council sharply deplored today a recent aerial attack on a humanitarian aid convoy in Aleppo, leaving a number of innocent civilians dead or wounded. In a press statement, GCC Secretary General Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani said that this attack is an immoral and shameful act that contravenes all international charters and laws and violates all relevant UNSC resolutions.
