U.N. says refugees fleeing South Sudan exceeds one million

Geneva, Dhu-AlHijjah 14, 1437, September 16, 2016, SPA -- The U.N. High Commission for Refugees Affairs said in a report collected this week and published today that more than one million people have fled conflicts in South Sudan to take refuge in neighboring countries. A spokesman of the agency in Geneva said the number of refugees from South Sudan to neighboring countries have this week surpassed the one million margin, out of them 185,000 have fled the country since the eruption of new violent actions in Juba in July this year. --SPA 15:16 LOCAL TIME 12:16 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
