Dhaka, Dhu-AlHijjah 14, 1437, Sep 16, 2016, SPA -- One person was killed and three others were wounded in a helicopter crash near the beach town of Cox's Bazar in south-eastern Bangladesh, officials said Friday according to dpa. The private helicopter crashed at Inani Beach soon after it took off from Cox's Bazar, said Saiful Alam, flight operation officer at Meghna Aviation. The helicopter had transported Bangladeshi cricket star Shakib Al Hasan and his wife to the beach town to shoot a television commercial and crashed on its return journey to Dhaka. Four passengers were rescued at the scene and taken to hospital, and one died there later, local police officer Abul Khayer said.
