Tirana, Dhu-AlHijjah 07, 1437, September 08, 2016, SPA -- President Bujar Nishani of the Republic of Albania expressed appreciation for the efforts undertaken by the Government of the Kingdom to serve pilgrims, under the supervision and continuous follow-up of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his direction to host many pilgrims of Albania. The president's remarks came during his meeting with Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage today at the presidential palace in the capital Tirana. Prince Sultan bin Salman is currently on an official visit to Albania upon an official invitation. The Albanian president admired Saudi efforts against terrorism and supported the kingdom in this regard. He expressed deep appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and the gratitude of the Albanian people to him for the noble positions of the kingdom during the past difficult period experienced by Albania, stressing the great status enjoyed by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the Islamic world, and the political weight of Kingdom internationally and its role in achieving security and stability. The Albanian President looked forward to a visit by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to Albania at the earliest opportunity.
