Ankara, Dhu-AlHijjah 6, 1437, Sep 8, 2016, SPA -- Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mawloud Jaoush Oglu received here today his Saudi counterpart, Adel Ahmed Al-Jubeir, currently on a visit to the Republic of Turkey. The two ministers held a bilateral meeting during which the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields of mutual cooperation were discussed. During the meeting, they also reviewed the latest developments of regional and international issues. After the meeting, the Saudi Minister and his Turkish counterpart held a joint press conference in which they confirmed that positions of the two countries towards all the issues that were discussed are identical, particularly the crises of Syria, Iraq, and Yemen as well as the fight against terrorism, where Al-Jubeir explained that the positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Turkey towards Syria are identical since the first day of the crisis, and that the two countries were among the first countries that cooperated in mobilizing support for the Syrian opposition. --More 19:21 LOCAL TIME 16:21 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
