Kabul, Dhu-AlQa'dah 3, 1437, Aug 6, 2016, SPA -- Five policemen, including a public order police commander, were killed when their vehicle was struck by a homemade bomb on the outskirts of Afghanistan's capital Kabul province, an official said on Saturday. "Gen. Abdul Sattar Hashimi was returning home from his duty station in Azra district of Logar province" when he was killed by the blast late Friday, said Salim Saleh, the provincial governor's spokesman for the restive province of Logar.
