Brussels, Shawwal 25, 1437, Jul 30, 2016, SPA -- A court in Belgium issued an arrest warrant for one of two terror suspects detained following several raids in the country, public prosecutors said Saturday according to dpa. Nourredine H, 33, was charged with planning a homicide and membership in a terrorist group. The prosecution declined to give further details to avoid impeding the investigation. The suspect's brother, who had also been detained, was released by the court. Police in Belgium had detained the two men on Friday night on suspicion of planning terrorist attacks in the country. The brothers were taken in for questioning following seven raids in the Mons region and another in the eastern city of Liege, which lies near the border with Germany and the Netherlands. No weapons or explosives were found. Investigators said there was no indication that the suspects had been involved in the March 22 Brussels attacks targeting an airport and an underground train station in the Belgian capital, which left more than 30 people dead. Belgium's terror alert is currently at the second-highest level, indicating that threats are considered "serious, possible and likely." --SPA 03:53 LOCAL TIME 00:53 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
