Commander in chief of Turkish 2nd army arrested in connection with the aborted coup

Estanbol, Shawwal 11, 1437, July 16, 2016, SPA -- Turkish authorities announced today that they have arrested General Adam Haddoti, Commander in chief of Turkish 2nd army, in connection with the aborted coup attempt which took place in Ankara last night. The Anadol news agency which carried the news said that General Haddouti is the highest military rank holder to be arrested in connection with the aborted military coup attempt which led to the killing of 90 persons and the injury of 1454.
