Muscat, March 04, 2020, SPA -- Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taimur of the Sultanate of Oman received here today Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, on an official visit to Oman. At the outset of the meeting, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to the Sultan of Oman. During the meeting, they reviewed historic and fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman. They also reviewed bilateral relations, and discussed the latest regional and international developments in addition to issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by a senior of officials. Then, Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office in the Sultanate of Oman, held a luncheon in honor of Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and his accompanying delegation. Earlier, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, arrived here today. Upon arrival, Prince Khalid was received by a number of officials.
