Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, congratulated him on the occasion of his appointment as new Secretary-General of the GCC, wishing him every success. For his part, Dr. Al-Hajraf thanked Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz for his good feelings, affirming that he is seeking to enhance and develop cooperation among the Arab Gulf states.
