Riyadh, Safar 11, 1440, Oct 20, 2018, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a cable of condolences to President Ram Nath Kovind of India, following an accident of a train that ran over a group of people, in Punjab province.
