Khartoum, Muharram 29, 1440, October 09, 2018, SPA -- Sudan's minister of higher education and scientific research Dr. Alsadeq Alhadi Almahdi met at his office in Khartoum today with the Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Ali bin Hasan Jaafar.
