Three wanted to justice killed, three security men slightly injured in an exchange of fire in Qatif, eastern region, security spokesman announces

Riyadh, Muharram 17, 1440, September 27, 2018, SPA -- The official spokesman of the State Security Presidency announced today that three wanted to justice were killed, three security men slightly injured in an exchange of fire yesterday following intelligence information of their whereabouts at a hideout in Al-Kuwaikeb district, central Al-Qatif province. Thanks to Allah the Almighty, no other resident of the building or passersby were hurt due to the intensive firing from inside the place towards the street, he said. The spokesman said that as a result of security strict monitoring and following-up of those wanted to justice for being involved in terror incidents which took place in Qatif Province, Eastern Region earlier, the concerned authorities at the State Security Presidency were able, thanks to Allah the Almighty, to pinpoint three of the security wanted as taking refuge in a house located in Al-Kuwaikeb neighborhood, in central Al-Qatif Province. After having besieged the site, the security men called on the wanted to surrender. Instead, they started to intensively fire at the security men, slightly injuring three of them, and exposing the safety of residents of the building and passersby to danger, forcing the security men to act accordingly and reciprocally, a decisive act resulting in the killing of: 1- Mohammed Hasan Ahmed Al Zaid, Saudi national, wanted since 8/2/1433 H. 2- Mufeed Hamza Ali Al-Alwan, Saudi national, wanted since 29/1/1438 H. 3- Khalil Ibrahim Hasan Al Muslim, Saudi national.
