Riyadh, Shawwal 14, 1439, June 28, 2018, SPA -- The Ministry of Finance announced today that it has completed a tap issuance of additional investors applications on its domestic issuance No. 2018-04 through re-opening of the offering No. 2018-04 under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The tap issuance size was set at SAR3,100 Billion. This brings the total amount of the 2018-04 issuance to SAR 12,050 Billion. The ministry explained that the further Sukuk issued were divided into three tranches as follows: - The first tranche has a size of SAR 9,425 billion and matures in 2023. - The second tranche has a size of SAR 1,500 billion and matures in 2025. - The third tranche has a size of SAR 1,150 billion and matures in 2028. --SPA 20:58 LOCAL TIME 17:58 GMT 0023 www.spa.gov.sa/w709655
