Jeddah, Sha'ban 12, 1439, April 28, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has intensified since 2017 its efforts to combat terrorism and extremism as an obstacle to the development of the OIC. The Secretary-General of the Organization, Dr Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, said in a press statement at the 45th Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers in Dhaka, Bangladesh, that which the Organization is concerned with the participation of various parties and partners in international and regional projects and programs, in order to find the necessary mechanisms required to end this scourge. --SPA 15:14 LOCAL TIME 12:14 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w678595
