Manama, Rajab 11, 1439, Mar 28, 2018, SPA -- On behalf of Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain, inaugurated here today the 18th Bahrain International Book Fair, organized by Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participates in this book fair as the guest of honor, in addition to 400 publishers as well as cultural and intellectual establishments from 26 countries. Following the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain toured the book fair and visited the pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he was received by Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and acting Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed. In written remarks on visitors book, Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain said "We are pleased to welcome the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the guest of honor at the 18th Bahrain International Book Fair, which reflects the historic brotherly relations between the two brotherly countries.
