Cairo, Jumada II 17, 1439, March 05, 2018, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, the Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defense, met in Cairo today the Sheikh of Al-Azhar Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb in the presence of the official delegation accompanying His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. Sheikh Al-Azhar welcomed His Royal Highness the Crown Prince on his current visit to Egypt, praising the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the Islamic Ummah and defending its interests. The Crown Prince also praised the role of Al-Azhar in spreading Islamic knowledge and serving the issues of the Islamic Ummah.
