Rabat, Jumada II 14, 1439, March 02, 2018, SPA -- The Islamic Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) called upon the Member States, non-governmental organizations, and civil society organizations to empower women to contribute to the building and advancement of society and to intensify efforts to preserve their rights.      A statement issued by the organization today in Rabat on the occasion of International Women's Day, which falls on the 8th of March each year, that this occasion comes to highlight the conditions and difficulties experienced by women in different countries of the world in order to reach to recommendations, proposals and ideas to improve their situation and to reduce violations of their rights as to empower and make them productive and able to contribute to building a prosperous society. --SPA 20:57 LOCAL TIME 17:57 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w631410
