Madrid, Rabi'II 23, 1439, Jan 10, 2018, SPA -- The two major independence parties in the Spanish region of Catalonia have agreed to form a governing coalition led by ousted leader Carles Puigdemont, local media reported on Wednesday. Coalition forming agreement was made by Puigdemont and the leader of the left-wing nationalist ERC party, Marta Rovira, on Tuesday evening in Brussels, according to Europa Press and Spanish newspaper El Pais, citing sources from within the negotiations.
