For his part, the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih began his participation by expressing his deep thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense for their support accorded to the sectors of energy, industry and mineral resources, contributing to the State's General Budget. He said that "This historical budget reflects the trait of our country since the launch of our Vision 2030, with unlimited ambitions for change," He further said that "The ceiling of aspirations always remains high, stimulates and drives more, and that the oil sector in the Kingdom promotes this ambition at the time when the sector is living an endless aspiration, as the stability of the oil markets due to the untiring wisdom and determination of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince with the Kingdom's strong presence in the international forums resulted in the building of a joint historical agreement between oil producers from within OPEC and its outside with major consumers.
