Jeddah, Rabi'I 18, 1439 H., December 06, 2017, SPA -- Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, received here today Jeddah-based French Consul General Patrick Nicoloso who bade farewell to the Governor of Makkah Region on the occasion of the end of his term as his country's consul general in the Kingdom.
