Following the meeting, Sudanese Deputy Prime Minister and Information Minister Dr. Ahmad Othman extended thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, for their great efforts in lifting economic sanctions against Sudan. "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's role establishes strong relationship and represents a crown on the head of every Sudanese citizen. During the meeting, we have discussed commonalities between the two ministries. We also reviewed a framework agreement in the fields of training, cooperation and exchanging experiences, visits and programs, as well as the training academy in Sudan, and the academy that will be established in the Kingdom. We also have a cooperation in the field of news between the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) and the Sudanese News Agency," the Sudanese minister said.
