Jeddah, Dhu-AlQa'dah 26, 1438, Aug 18, 2017, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a condolences cable to the Spanish Monarch Felipe VI, on the Terrorist Ramming Attack, in Barcelona.
