Riyadh, Ramadan 02 1438, May 28, 2017, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China (SAIBO) signed a memorandum of understanding in Riyadh today, aiming at strengthening the patent system under the close partnership between the two sides in the field of intellectual property and patents in general.
