Jeddah, Sha'ban 21, 1438, May 17, 2017, SPA -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah won today the Middle East Excellence Award for Excellence in e-Government for its role in practicing smart constitutional transformation, authoring e-electronic services development initiatives, and contributing to the government infrastructure system and smart cities, coping with the objectives of the competitiveness in the Middle East region.
