Crown Prince Sends Cable of Condolences to President of Russia Riyadh, Rajab 6, 1438, Apr 3, 2017, SPA – Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on the criminal explosion that took place in the Russian city of Petersburg metro. In the cable, the Crown Prince said: "We received the news of the criminal explosion that took place in the Russian city of Petersburg metro which resulted in a number of victims and injuries. I strongly denounced and condemned this criminal and heinous act which is condemned by all divine religions and international norms and conventions.
