Valletta, Jumada I 02, 1438, January 30, 2017, SPA -- Prime Minister of the Republic of Malta Joseph Moscato received in the capital Valletta today Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, on the occasion of his official visit to Malta.
