Muscat, Jumada I 2, 1438, Jan 30, 2017, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a written message to Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman, inviting him to attend the opening ceremony of the national festival for heritage and culture (Janadria 31) and the annual camel race on the fringes of the festival.
