Baghdad, Rabi'II 7, 1438, Jan 5, 2017, SPA -- A car bomb exploded Thursday in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, killing five civilians, a security official said. According to dpa, the bombing took place in the eastern district of Abadi, injuring seven others, Saad Maan, a spokesman for the Baghdad Operations, an agency in charge of the city's security, said in a statement. "A terrorist attack by a parked car bomb targeted a crowd of citizens," he said without giving further details.
