MEXICO CITY, Rabi'I 26, 1438, December 25, 2016, SPA -- The death toll from a thunderous fireworks explosion near Mexico City has risen to 36, according to AP. Mexico's Social Security Institute says a woman who suffered extensive burns in the Dec. 20 disaster died Sunday at a local hospital.
