Riyadh, 21 Rabi'I,1438 AH, 20 December,2016 , SPA -- The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab State Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani condemned the assassination of Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Russia to Turkey in the capital Ankara yesterday, describing it as a cowardly act of terrorism incompatible with diplomatic norms and moral and humanitarian principles.
