With regard of the allegation contained by the Sweden Embassy that a food factory owned by Mr. Abdullah Ahmad Al-Agel, Honorary Swedish Consul, in Sana'a was subject to aerial shelling on August 09,2016, which resulted in killing 16 workers, the spokesman said that JIAT investigated in the facts and circumstances of the incident, and found that the coalition forces bombed two sites in the same day, the first is: an antennae connections used for military purposes in the (Ayban Mount) located west of Sanaa, and distanced 7 km away from the mentioned factory, the second is: a cave (Eastern Altahedan Mount) located south of Sanaa, used for military purposes, and distanced 10 km away from the factory, indicating that the two above-mentioned sites are military goals, in accordance to the rules of engagement and international humanitarian law, explaining that the JIAT did not find prove that coalition forces bombed the mentioned plant, and therefore there is no proof the responsibility of the coalition forces from the allegation of Sweden Embassy. Regarding the allegation of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) that Al-Fazel school in Saada province was subject to shelling on August 13,2016, which resulted in killing 10 children and injuring at least nine people, the spokesman said that JIST has investigated the facts and circumstances of the incident, and based on the confirmed information were dispatched by MSF on the site of incident, and found clearly that the school was not targeted, and that the closest site was targeted by coalition forces on the same day was a stores and warehouses of weapons belonging to al-Huthi armed group, distanced 10 km away from the school, and therefore there is no proof the responsibility of the coalition forces from the allegation of MSF. Refuting allegations by the Amnesty International that cattle market in the village of Fayyoh, in Lahaj province, was subject to shelling by the coalition forces on July 06, 2015, resulted in killing 40 people and injuring dozens, the spokesman confirmed that the JIST has investigated the facts and circumstances of the incident, and found that the mentioned market was not bombed, and the coalition forces bombed two sites in the same referred date, the first is: gathering of militia armed Huthi, distanced 7 km northwest away from the market, and the second is: a command building of the militia of al-Huthi, distanced 10 km north away from the market, noting that the above-mentioned sites are military goals, in accordance to the rules of engagement and international humanitarian law, as JIST found that the cattle market was not bombed by coalition forces, and was not affected by the accidental bombing of targets in the region. -- SPA 23:56 LOCAL TIME 20:56 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w284866
