Riyadh, Safar 16, 1438, November 16, 2016, SPA -- Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Isa signed in Riyadh today with Mauritania's minister of higher education and scientific research Dr. Sidi Ould Salem a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two countries in the fields of education and scientific research. The MOU calls for encouraging the exchange of visits of education officials, universities staff and researchers of the two countries, and experiences and results of research and studies of interest to each side. According to the MOU, the two sides work to provide training opportunities for each other in the educational institutions and universities and exchange of information in the field of assessment and accreditation of academic certificates and university degrees.
