London 11 Safar 1438 AH, November 11, 2016, SPA -- the British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson welcomed the decision on the OPCW, after the investigation of the United Nations which condemned the use of chemical weapons, in Syria. In a press statement he said the decision confirmed that the Assad regime began organizing "Daesh" and is responsible for the terrorist use of chemical weapons against civilians, stressing the need to hold accountable those who have used these deadly weapons, by the international community.
