Riyadh, 10 Safar,1438 AH, 10 November,2016 , SPA -- Director General of Civil Defense Lieutenant General Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr attended here today the conclusion of the training course and graduation ceremony of 21 personnel of the Civil Defense of Republic of Djibouti. Lieutenant General Al-Amr stressed in his speech the Kingdom's keenness to provide its expertise in the field of civil defense for all sisterly and friendly countries.
