Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Issues Directive to Undertake Expense of Handicapped National Master Degree

Riyadh, Muharram 19, 1438, Oct 20, 2016, SPA -- Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Chairman of Handicapped Children extended thanks and acknowledgement to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for, graciously, issuing a directive that a handicapped national Eng. Muhannad Jibril Abu Diyyah shall study for the master degree at the expense of the state of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at King Fahd Petroleum and Minerals University.
