"Now that the country has full clarity on its new prime minister, after the summer I expect the British government to notify its intention to withdraw the UK from the EU," Schulz writes on The Guardian's website, according to dpa. He warns Britain that the European single market, to which Britain is expected to seek continued access "entails four freedoms (capital, goods, services, persons) and not three, or three and a half."
