Dammam, Ramadan 14, 1437, Jun 19, 2016, SPA -- Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern region has stressed that youth councils are the nucleus for the future, regional and international institutions as well as civil society organizations that have to develop a vision to activate the role of youth councils and supervise them as focus on youth is obligatory for everyone as they are the future's pillars. This came during his receiving the members of the delegation from the Arab League and the Council of Arab Youth.
