Vienna, 10 Sha'aban 1437 H, corresponding to May 17, 2016, SPA -- Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Ministerial Meeting of the Group of International Support for Syria being held in the Austrian capital Vienna today. The delegation included the Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Bilateral Relations Dr. Khalid Al-Jandan and Director of Information Department at the Foreign Ministry Ambassador Osama Nuqali. The meeting, which is held under the chairmanship of US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, discusses developments in the Syrian crisis, pushing it to be resolved peacefully in accordance with the Security Council resolution No. 2254, in addition to strengthening the cessation of hostilities and ensuring the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all parts of Syria. -- SPA 13:31 LOCAL TIME 10:31 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
