Riyadh, Sha'ban 08, 1437, May 15, 2016, SPA -- General Supervisor of King Salman Relief Center for Humanitarian Actions Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah inaugurated here this evening the ceremony of launching the report of the official development aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the previous ten years. The report mentioned that the Kingdom ranked fourth among the group of donor countries. The report added that the Kingdom's assistance to the developing countries in 2014 amounted to SR54 billion, with a rate of 1.9% of the gross national income, benefiting more than 80 countries. The aid was not limited to the official allocations. The Kingdom launched a humanitarian initiatives and popular relief campaigns, the report said.
