A / Its job is to record all the plans and all the goals, and begin turning it into numbers, to measure performance, each quarter, and the suitability of the work of government agencies, and the government's plans and programs of the government in achieving the objectives and observe in every quarter of any defect. Q / Do you make decisions in the light of this report? A / The very positive feature this vision is it does not require government highs pending. It needs to organize and restructure a lot of sectors, you need a government spending but not high; very light. Adjusting the government spending has been done partially in 2015, resulting in very impressive results, and it was unexpected by everyone inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
